Jeff is a respected leader in the construction industry working with top firms to complete customized projects. Jeff strives to always maintain a family, approachable atmosphere while managing on some of the biggest projects in the region.
Chris Hardin, co-owner and chief financial officer, works with her husband, Jeff, to lead the company for the past 25 years. She formulates the company’s strategic plan for the most cost-effective and innovative approach to building. Chris is the financial mastermind behind planning and organization to make sure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Mike Jackson, president of South Florida operations, oversees all projects from the executive level to maintain a high level of quality that meets and exceeds the customer’s expectations. With 23 years in construction at Straticon, he works in the field resourcing teams.
Jamie Gram is the vice president of operations, providing daily leadership to the team and is responsible for creating seamless transitions in all phases of construction. His responsibilities include carrying out the project plan, developing the procedures and adjusting to flexible dynamics along the way.
