Information Technology Manager
The Information Technology Manager provides support for the IT department and end users. This role ensures that computers, hardware, software, mobile devices, networks, servers, etc. are setup and working efficiently. IT Coordinators are responsible for setting up devices and software to ensure new hires are onboarded efficiently. IT Coordinators also maintain databases to ensure login credentials are updated and secure. It is important that IT Coordinators are efficient, diligent, and accurate. The IT Department strives to be dependable and efficient. This role also includes overseeing Data Analytics and needs to guide the creation of dashboards and reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate trainings with Employee Outreach Department
- Prepare for IT updates and trainings
- Work with IT Manager to ensure everything is setup and ready for new hires
- Organize, manage, and update support tasks
- Ensure IT Department is efficient and responding to task quickly
- Manage asset tracking to ensure all devices are enrolled
- Organize, manage, and update login credential, asset tracking, etc
- Provide user support
- Educate users on company software
- Ensure that all IT trainings are organized and efficient
- Setup computers, mobile devices, etc
- Install software on company devices
- Setup IT infrastructure for jobsites and offices
- Work with Employee Outreach Department to organize and coordinate trainings, new hire orientations, etc.
- Answer support tasks with a pleasant manner
- Accurately transfer and/or take messages
- Send all messages through CMiC
- Ensure printers are properly working and employees are easily able to print
- Contribute to IT Department to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Assist IT Manager and others as needed
- Assist in other areas as needed

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities
- Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
- Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions
- Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
- Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
- Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
- Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups
