Front Desk Receptionist
The Receptionist will be the “face of the building” and provide general organization and office support for a variety of responsibilities and tasks. The receptionist will act as liaison for building communications, guest services, and administrative support, ensuring the building operates smoothly and all tenants are supported.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide general information and assistance to visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate tenant or contact.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Distribute deliveries, packages, and mail appropriately.
- Schedule and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Monitor and report any facility maintenance or safety issues to building management.
- Provide building-wide notices, memos, and tenant communications at the direction of management.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
