Lead Recruiter

Straticon is seeking a Lead Recruiter to spearhead our recruiting efforts during an exciting period of growth. This pivotal role involves identifying top professionals across the construction industry and shaping the future of our workforce. The Lead Recruiter will bring exceptional individuals into the organization and ensure that our recruiting process aligns with Straticon’s culture, standards, and long-term vision.

Responsibilities

– Lead recruiting efforts across the company to attract high-quality talent for various roles, including field, project management, and corporate positions.

– Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and identify the most suitable candidates.

– Utilize industry networks, referrals, and recruiting platforms to identify and engage strong candidates.

– Conduct initial candidate conversations and guide them through the interview process.

– Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams to efficiently move candidates through the process.

– Present and extend employment offers to selected candidates.

– Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.

– Oversee and mentor the Recruiting Associate, providing support to the recruiting function.

– Maintain organized recruiting records and track hiring activities

Required Skills

– 8-10 years of proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the construction or skilled trades industry.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

– Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

– Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and engage top talent.

– Excellent organizational and time management skills.

– Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.

– A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

-SHRM Certification Preferred.
