Development Associate

Straticon is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional to support business growth initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, clients, and prospective business partners.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research.
• Support client engagement initiatives and business development efforts.
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities representing the company.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and opportunities.
• Assist with lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support company growth objectives.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
