Mrs. Hardin has worked with her husband, Jeff, to lead the company for the past 25 years. She formulates the company’s strategic plan, ensuring the most cost-effective and innovative approach to building. She is the financial and operational mastermind behind planning and organization to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget. Mrs. Hardin earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University.
