Front Desk Receptionist
Straticon is seeking a reliable and highly organized Receptionist / Office Operations Coordinator to serve as the day-to-day representative of Straticon’s office. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and clients and is responsible for maintaining a professional, organized, secure, and fully stocked workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and works closely with the office operations teams to ensure the office runs smoothly each day.

The Receptionist / Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk during business hours and serving as the first point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and deliveries, ensuring a professional and secure entry process. This role is responsible for opening the office each morning and ensuring the office is fully prepared for daily operations, including lighting, common areas, conference rooms, and coffee and refreshment service. Throughout the day, the position performs regular walk throughs of common areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the office.
This role oversees day‑to‑day office operations, including tracking inventory of kitchen supplies, beverages, snacks, bathroom supplies, and basic office supplies, reporting low inventory levels, and coordinating restocking with management. The position manages incoming mail and packages, maintains conference room, and coordinates with cleaning staff and warehouse personnel to ensure consistent office upkeep. The Receptionist / Office Coordinator also reports maintenance issues, coordinates repairs with internal teams or outside vendors, tracks building issues, and coordinates scheduled services such as pest control and inspections. The role supports daily office security procedures and provides general administrative and operational support as needed to ensure a well‑run, professional, and efficient workplace.
In addition to office operations, this position provides support related to workplace culture and internal events. This includes assisting with the planning and coordination of office events, holiday parties, employee appreciation activities, lunch and learn sessions, and other company events, as well as supporting preparation and planning such as scheduling, vendor coordination, room setup, and onsite execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years experience in receptionist, office assistant, hospitality, or office support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using basic office software and email.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks throughout the day.
