Information Technology Manager

The Information Technology Manager provides support for the IT department and end users. This role ensures that computers, hardware, software, mobile devices, networks, servers, etc. are setup and working efficiently. IT Coordinators are responsible for setting up devices and software to ensure new hires are onboarded efficiently. IT Coordinators also maintain databases to ensure login credentials are updated and secure. It is important that IT Coordinators are efficient, diligent, and accurate. The IT Department strives to be dependable and efficient. This role also includes overseeing Data Analytics and guiding the creation of dashboards and reporting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate trainings with Employee Outreach Department
• Prepare for IT updates and trainings
• Ensure IT setup is ready for new hires
• Organize and manage support tasks
• Manage asset tracking and device enrollment
• Provide user support and education
• Install and configure software and devices
• Setup IT infrastructure for jobsites and offices
• Answer support tasks professionally
