Job Description
The Property Manager is responsible for the management of all assigned properties. As a Property Manager, you are required to take care of every fixed asset/property within the job scope. The tasks required in this position will require flexibility, excellent organization, and attention to detail. The Property Manager is also responsible for maintaining and improving the properties. Availability will be regular working hours of Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with weekends and longer hours when required.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the assigned properties.
- Manage daily property requirements and plan improvements by regularly inspecting properties for inefficiencies. Creating tasks before assigned will be optimal functioning.
- Lead property improvement projects.
- Keep the properties well-maintained and handle repairs in a timely manner.
- Handle maintenance and repair issues.
- Responsible for coordinating routine and emergency maintenance.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, and coordinate with ownership, to expedite completion of work.
- Purchase of all necessary materials, ensuring the right quality and quantity for the best price.
- Provide updates to your supervisor about any/all issues related to the property on a daily completion basis and weekly basis.
- Oversee gardening, pool maintenance, and basic landscaping.
