The renovation project involved an 86,420-square-foot historic brick building in downtown West Palm Beach. Originally constructed in 1926 as a regional center for telecommunications giant A&T, the building underwent multiple horizontal and vertical extensions in the 1930s, 40s, 50s, and 60s. Today, the structure spans 84,000 square feet across seven levels, including a rare full-size basement in Florida. The transformation resulted in 85 luxury rental apartment units for RAM Realty, with the addition of a first-floor retail area for a future cafe. The building's exceptional features include unusually tall floor-to-floor heights exceeding 13 feet and 8-foot-high windows, flooding the loft-style units and common areas with ample natural sunlight.
