Straticon updated the 86,420 SF 1926 historic brick building in downtown West Palm Beach. Initially was built as a regional center for telecommunications giant A&T. Both horizontal and vertical extensions were added to the original structure in the 1930’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. Now consisting of 84,000 total square feet across seven levels including a rare Florida full-size basement, the facility was converted into 85 luxury rental apartment units for client RAM Realty. The building featured a first floor retail area for a future cafe. Unusually tall floor-to-floor heights in excess of 13’ along with 8’ high windows allow for substantial natural sunlight to flood the loft-style units and common areas.
