The Aloft Miami Airport underwent a full rebuild and conversion of an existing six-story, 75,000 sqft bank that was demolished down to the shell. Constructed were 125 contemporary rooms along with two restaurants, fitness center, coffee shop and resort style pool. Included in the scope of work on the property was the new construction of a Starbucks and Chiplote, adjacent to the hotel.
