Straticon constructed a 237 unit, 405,000 square-foot condominium complex on the intra-coastal waterway. Work included extensive site and civil on a 10 acre property as well as a complete luxury construction of interiors and exteriors. This project was completed for the Black Rock Development group and the proud recipient of the Gold Prism Award.
