Omphoy Ocean Resort
The Omphoy Ocean Resort emerged from a complete renovation of a former Hilton Hotel, spanning 105,000 square feet. The project included 134 guest rooms, a new curtain wall, a redesigned lobby, upgraded MEP systems, an award-winning restaurant and bar, a new swimming pool, and a parking lot with coquina pavers. The resort was completed with LEED Silver certification.
