Omphoy Ocean Resort
The Omphoy Ocean Resort was renovated from an existing Hilton Hotel with 105,000 square feet of complete interior and exterior renovations. Scope of work included 134 keys, new curtain wall, new lobby, MEPs, award winning restaurant and bar, new swimming pool and parking lot with coquina pavers. This project came in certified LEED Silver.
