Pestana Hotel

Straticon converted the former Miljean hotel and two historic apartment buildings on South Beach to create the Pestana Hotel, a brand new boutique hotel. The 47,000 SF, 99 key project consisted of major renovation work, new MEP’s, interior demolition and replacement, structural modifications, window replacements, civil work, exterior pool and common area additions.The completed project features a resort pool in the center of the structures, art deco decor and a signature mermaid theme restaurant.
