Straticon Hosts Women in Construction Week Event with NAWIC of Greater Fort Lauderdale
Boca Raton, FL – Straticon, a leading general contractor headquartered in Boca Raton, is excited to announce its Women in Construction Week event on March 7th, 2023, in partnership with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
The event aims to celebrate the achievements of women in the construction industry and encourage more women to consider careers in the field. As part of the event, Straticon will be offering an on-site tour of The Reese Apartments, one of their ongoing projects. Emily Stavrianakos, the Project Manager, will be guiding the tour, providing insights into the various stages of construction, and sharing her experiences as a woman in the industry.

Refreshments and assorted baked goods will be provided at the event, offering attendees a chance to network and engage with other professionals in the industry.
“Every year, our Chapter sponsors a construction site tour to promote our industry for women. I personally have worked on this project and selected it because of the great team of women at Straticon. This team is a great example of the potential of women in construction,” said Mariana Russell, Vice President of NAWIC of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
