Straticon Hosts Women in Construction Week Event with NAWIC of Greater Fort Lauderdale

Construction is progressing on the new 170-unit luxury multi-family project known as The Reese.
On Friday, Straticon Construction LLC. had a Topping Out Party at the project site, located at 5800 Reese Road in Davie, Florida. This age-old tradition notified the community that the project had reached a significant milestone and allowed the General Contractor to recognize the many individuals who have contributed to the project.
Project managers Emily Stavrianakos and Joe Nieves hosted the Topping Out Party.
Guests connected to the project were greeted with custom shirts and a gift bag. After guests enjoyed their catered lunch and beverages, a raffle took place with prizes ranging from televisions to gift cards.
The Hardin family thanked the team for their outstanding performance thus far.
In March, Straticon, alongside Ortsac Capital Group and ArchCo Residential, broke ground on the project.
Six stories off the ground, Straticon is excited to focus on the finalizing phases of the construction.
